Gorgeous Urban Oasis 3 Bed House in Inner Sydney walk to USYD & UTS

My wife and I had a great time staying at Carla's place in Newtown. Her house is very comfortable and ideally located in the heart of Newtown. Carla is very friendly and was easy to communicate with. We highly recommend her place!

Carla was a phenomenal host. Her house is perfectly placed in the Inner West; we loved its close proximity to everything, from restaurants to public transport. The house was lovely. Host was very responsive whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend!

I can't evaluate cleanliness and readiness because we're not departing for two months So far it's been fantastic. Carla was prompt, responsive, intuitive toward our concerns, and judicious. We were considering a few places and she made the comparison rational, fair, and informative. She was very generous and gracious, and extremely helpful to two people who have never been to Australia. This is the best experience with a short-term rental that I've ever had.

We've just had the pleasure of staying for four months in Carla's place in trendy Enmore. It's been really wonderful - the house is big enough for a family of four, Carla was very welcoming, and to have restaurants, bars, theatres etc right at your doorstep is the cherry on the cake! It's been a great experience all around and we're hoping to do it again some time in the next few years!

The house is beautiful. Each room was tastefully decorated and furnished so that we had comfortable working spaces in our rooms. Carla went above and beyond preparing it for us to make it a warm, clean stay. She also prepared a booklet containing information about the house, appliances, and spots to check out in the neighbourhood. She was very responsive with any questions or issues we had. Enmore is a lovely area with so much good food. Transit is also great - our workplace was in Glebe and we never had to check bus schedules when heading out the door. There were plenty of accesible weekend activities too, with a bus that took us straight from our block to Coogee beach. Thanks again Carla!

I had a wonderful time during a stay at Carla's place in 2014. I loved the Enmore experience (check out the icecream at Cow and Moon!) and enjoyed staying at Carla's place. The walk to the University of Sydney was convenient and nice, logistics worked perfectly and Carla was super responsive and helpful throughout my stay.
