I'm seeking clean, bright, quiet, private furnished housing in Minneapolis for 3 months April-June 2026. I'm working on a self-funded community museum project based in North Minneapolis. I'm seeking a reasonable rent to fit my modest budget. I'm also an experienced cat sitter and can take great care of plants and home, and happy to do cat/house sits! I'm clean, quiet-living and responsible, non smoker. I have excellent local references as I have lived in Minneapolis in the past and have strong community there. Thank you.
