Description
I am a professional consultant and semi retired. I lived in Paris for a few years and I currently have a home in both Las Vegas and London. I love Paris and I have several friends who live in Paris. I spend approximately 3 months in Paris during each year (6 to 8 weeks during the summer from 1 July to 31 August and 2 weeks each stay during the spring in March or April or during winter normally from 15 December to 2 January). I am looking for a nicely furnished apartment in a good location during my upcoming stays there. I will take good care of the apartment while the owner is away and I will ensue that I leave it in very good a condition when I leave as I have always done in the past during my prior stays.

Comments: One bedroom with a double or queen size bed with a shower with a decent size living area and a kitchen with cooker and or oven or a microwave and reasonable size fridge. Apt with TV preferable but not a requirement if I like the apartment.

I am am currently an independent semi retired scholar with a background in Business and Finance including business consulting but my primary passion is history and culture, particularly French history and culture, both past and present. I love spending time in France in order to further my research activities and to enjoy what this wonderful country has to offer. I lived in Paris in the 20th arrondissement (Gambetta) for 3 years. I currently live in London and I have a second home in Las Vegas, USA.
