About Me
I am a professional poet, writer and creative writing sessional instructor, currently teaching at Toronto Metropolitan University/the Chang School, as well as with the University of Guelph M.F.A. Creative Writing program. I am also an independent writer and visual artist. I have been Canada Council Writer in Residence at numerous Canadian universities, including Distinguished Visitor at University College at University of Toronto (2018-19). For the last six years, I have lived in a wonderful Sabbatical Homes rental in Toronto's Kensington Market Lofts from September 2019 through to the present time. I am currently seeking a new Toronto sublet to begin August/Sept 2025 -- and to continue for at least a year, or longer term. I would love to discuss possibilities.
