We are a family of four already living in Cambridge in another Sabbatical home, Seeking for a cozy, family-friendly home where we can feel settled and comfortable during our stay. Ideally, we’d love to arrange a home exchange, but we’re also open to renting, as long as the price is fair and reflects the characteristics of the home. We’re looking for a home with at least two bedrooms (three would be ideal), located in a safe, quiet area with access to parks, public transportation, and essential amenities. Ideally, we’d love to exchange with our home in Ibiza, Spain, for the same period. Ibiza is a beautiful Mediterranean island known for its natural beauty and relaxed lifestyle. While famous for its beaches and summer charm, it also offers a peaceful, authentic atmosphere year-round. Our home is especially suitable for retired couples, writers, or anyone looking for a quiet, inspiring environment. It’s a perfect base to explore Europe, with frequent flight connections to cities like London, Amsterdam, and Paris. It also has easy access to medical services, shops, beaches, and the airport, all within a few minutes’ drive. If a home exchange isn’t possible, we are happy to consider renting a home in Cambridge for the school year. Whether it’s a swap or a rental, you can be sure that we will care for your home as if it were our own—or even better. We are respectful, tidy, and have experience with previous home exchanges, and can provide references upon request. You can trust us to look after your home, care for plants, collect mail and packages, and maintain everything with care and responsibility.
