Hello! We’re a Berkeley family seeking a furnished 3-bedroom short-term rental while our home is being renovated. Rental Needs: Dates: August 17 – October 31, 2025 (with potential to extend) Size: 3 bedrooms, 1.5+ bathrooms Location: Berkeley or nearby neighborhoods (ideally within BUSD) About Us: We’re a responsible, respectful family of five: Our 16-year-old son attends Berkeley High School Our 14-year-old daughter is at King Middle School A college-aged son (who will not be living with us during the rental period) We also have a sweet Labradoodle named Rocky — he’s a loving, well-behaved boy who’s quiet, gentle, and non-shedding We’re both professionals with hybrid work schedules — working some days from home and others in the office. We’ll be using the home primarily for quiet family time like Sunday dinners, board games, and relaxed evenings. We’re happy to provide references and will treat your home with great care and respect.
