Hi everyone! My name is Arizona -- I recently graduated my masters at Harvard Divinity School and am moving to NYC to begin a chaplaincy training program at NY Presbyterian Hospital and to work as a TF at Barnard for courses in religion, popular culture, and politics. I have a record of being a reliable renter and take pride in making sure that my living space is well taken care of. (Happy to provide a reference.) I have an ideal move-in date of Sept. 1st, and am looking for one of two possible arrangements: either a semester-long arrangement (Sept. 1st - late December/early Jan. 2026) or a 9-month arrangement (Sept. 1st - May). I am flexible on move-in and move-out dates for either option. I am very open to renting, house-sitting, or some combination of both. My maximum monthly budget is $1500, but would love to chat with you about negotiating a price based on any house-sitting, errands, extra chores, childcare, or assistance I can offer you. I am open to creative ideas/arrangements. I am looking for a cozy, warm space that would allow me to recharge. At minimum I hope for positive communication and collaboration about keeping the living space inviting, organized and clean. It is always a plus if we can get along as friends!
