I’m a postgraduate student from California relocating to Cambridge in September 2025 to begin an MPhil in American History at the University. I’m seeking a quiet, furnished or partially furnished 1-bedroom flat, cottage, or annex—ideally with a private garden or outdoor space—for a 10–12 month stay (September 2025–August 2026). I’m tidy, responsible, and quiet, with strong references available. My ideal home would have good natural light, space to read and write, and be within walking or biking distance of the city centre or the university.
