Looking for a bright loft/appartment (2 p) in/near Paris 14th arr

I am an independent researcher and retired associate professor of "social determinants and (global) health" at the University of Amsterdam. I am desparately looking for a place where I can work and retreat from busy days taking care of my French partner (former prof sociology in Paris) who is being treated at home for a long-term illness. Ideally the " retreat" should be close to Parc Monsouris. To begin with I would like to rent the appartment/loft/studio between sept 15th and november 15th or december 15th 2025. Dates are negotiable. It would be great if there would be 1 extra bed, sofa to receive a friend once in a while.
