Seeking apartment in 11th, 12th, 3rd or 20th but open to other areas of Paris. One flight of steps ok but not steep steps. Should be able to seat 4-6 for dinner and have well-equipped kitchen, good light and accommodate 1 guest on sofa or sofa bed.

About Me
My wife is French and is a retired nurse. I am American and practiced law in San Francisco and Berkeley for 45 years before retiring in 2015. We have spent at least one month in Europe each year since 1971, except in 2000 and 2021 (due to COVID). We have completed the hike from le Puy in France to Santiago de Compostele in Spain, as well as the Coast to Coast in the UK, trekking in Nepal, etc. We have lived in Paris for several months during several of the past seven years.
