Description
I am looking for a very quiet furnished (or partially furnished) private detached cottage, small house or guesthouse (at least 1 bedroom plus an office space) in a quiet neighborhood or large property in Goleta, SB, Montecito, or Carpinteria preferably in a quiet area away from street noise. I work a hybrid job and work from home several days a week. I am an environmental project manager and do a lot of writing and work from home so I need a quiet space to work. I am looking a for a quiet and private place away close to parks or trails or open space with nature, trees, and peace and quiet. I don't need to be near certain school districts or near downtown. I have great references and have lived on the Central Coast for many years. I am a community volunteer and love to cook and garden and appreciate nature, peace and serenity. I am quiet mature non-smoker, with no pets. I have great references and great credit. I am looking for a place under $3200-3800 a month for at least 3 months but potentially longer depending on my job. Hi, I am conservation and restoration biologist (M.S.) and environmental project manager. I have worked for the University of California Natural Reserve System, and several non-profits, and environmental education organizations, I have taught k-college level Ecology, Biology, Ethnobotany, and Water and Air Quality classes. I love to travel, especially to islands. I am hoping to go to Australia this year. I grew up in San Diego and now call Central California my home.
