Description
We're interested in local food and culture, in particular music, museums, but also walking either as an outdoor experience or to explore a new city. Sunshine is welcome but not essential. Good movies on site are a plus. Both our adult sons can work remotely, so good internet would be important if they came to join us for a week or so.

About Me
I have just retired from my job as principal of a secondary school and teacher training institution in Bavaria. I am married and we have two grown-up sons. Our own home in the North of Bavaria is a spacious two-story detached house with an orchard in a middle-sized lovely historic town with lots to discover. We like to live energy-efficient, so we use solar energy and have a rainwater cistern.
