Aloha! I am a civilian Military Family Life Counselor (MFLC) assigned to the Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH), Kaneohe, Bay. Retired Sociology Professor. I arrived on the island August 2025 my current landlady does not lease during Winter months. I am searching for a 6 mos. to year lease with possible lease renewal for property located near the MCBH. I am looking for a Studio Apartment starting lease October 31st, W/D & parking on site, AC, WIFI & utilities included. I am a quiet tenant who practices health & wellness, no smoking/drugs or alcohol. I do not watch TV, just exercise & read. I do not have pets. I am looking forward to learning the Hawaiian language; and enjoying the Aloha cultural way of life :) Mahalo nui loa!
