I’m relocating with my family to London from overseas for a 10-month stay for the 206/2027 academic year. We are seeking a furnished, family-friendly home in a welcoming neighbourhood. Our ideal location would allow for an easy cycle to King’s College London (Strand) or a straightforward commute via public transport. I’m looking for somewhere that has good local schools, parks, playgrounds, and green spaces. Access to cafés, local shops, and community activities would be appealing as well! We are looking for a furnished property suitable for family life, with sufficient space for both living and working. We are non-smokers, have no pets, and can provide references if required. Our stay is for a fixed 10-month period, and we are seeking a reliable arrangement for that duration to give the kids stability.
