A small updated house/cottage that includes utilities in a neighborhood with yard and nature around. I would like it to be clean and updated with windows that let in ample sunlight. I would like it to have a room/office for my writing and thinking, a small extra bedroom for my daughter when she comes to visit on an over-night or a friend from out of town and a main bedroom for myself. I would like a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower. I have been a homeowner most of my adult years and take exemplary care of the spaces I live in. Home is a sanctuary to me. Thank you. I would also be open to sharing yard duties, cleaning out gutters and weeding gardens - I like to be helpful in maintaining the property and home. I would LOVE a garage for my bikes and rakes and perhaps an area I can store some things I use seasonally. I enjoy making a fire outside at a firepit, but that's optional. I wish to have this be a more permanent living situation, not temporary. Thank you.

I am a 57 year-old professional, medical massage therapist and business owner since 2015 to Amherst Healing Arts. Check out my website for my reviews (amhersthealingarts.com). I have worked in the healing arts since 1990. I love quiet and being a part of this evolving eco-minded liberaling organic community in the Valley. Having chosen to live her intentionally, I have raised my daughter in this beautiful area since 2011. We came here when she was five years-old as a single mom - her dad, chemical engineer and green energy representative also re-established himself in the area to be close to his daughter. Now 19 y-o, she recently graduated Amherst High School. She was in Germany in September just starting a Worldwide Opportunities on Organic Farms (WWOOF) program (https://wwoof.net/). From there she will be college-bound after her gap year. I am also trained as a development director - I served at the The Hartsbrook Waldorf school for a few years and many years for other non-profits prior to having my daughter. I live a quiet introverted life. I meditate and spend time in nature as much as possible while working 60+ hour weeks at my practice in Amherst on Whitney street. I had owned a house in cohousing for years. My life is simple and I am seeking a space that has room for an office for me to write and think as well as a bedroom for me and another room for my daughter when she visits me from college in Maine :)). Her primary residence is with her dad in Amherst.

Comments: I wish for a place that has no end date, currently. I am flexible as to when I can start and establish tenancy.
