Writer Seeking Long Term Studio or T1 in Central Paris

Retired American Buddhist writer, hospital chaplain, and photographer, already installed in France since 2023, seeking a quiet place to live that's adjacent to vibrant city life. I'm working on several writing projects and a photography book. Single, adult kids in the USA. I'm on a long-term visa that's been renewed three times and so will likely continue. I've lived near Montpellier for a year, and Gex for a year, and now want to be in Paris. I spent three weeks in central Paris recently, house/pet sitting, and fell back in love with the city. I practice lots of street photography, and street "chaplaincy", and wish to make Paris my home. I plan to volunteer as a chaplain with cancer patients at Gustave Roussy, and to also offer this service to English-speakers in need. Arrival and departure dates are flexible. If the right place were available starting in August 2026, that would be fine.
