Hello, My home in Berkeley is currently undergoing repairs, and I am looking for a furnished rental until June or July 1 , possibly longer. I am particularly interested in Berkeley, Albany, and North Oakland (Rockridge preferred). I am quiet, responsible and considerate and do not smoke or host large gatherings. I am semi-retired from the biotech industry, have excellent credit, and can provide evidence of ability to pay rent. I have a sweet parrot who stays in his cage or on a play stand (he does not fly) and am happy to answer any questions you have about him or me. Please reach out if you think we may be a good fit.
