Ideally I would like a bright, quiet apartment in a nice neighborhood in Rome. An elevator would be appreciated if the apartment is on an upper floor. Location near public transportation like a Metro line is very important. Air conditioning is very important unless the apartment is naturally cool and has good ventilation.

Comments: My dates are a little flexible - I could start on September 9 but would live to leave by December 13 at the latest. Also, I might be interested in returning after February 1, 2027.
