Looking for a Sunny place

I am a faculty member based in Washington DC, looking for a sunny, clean, and quiet apartment for the academic year. My work involves research, writing, and teaching, so I am looking for a space that is calm, sunny, well-maintained, and conducive to focused work. I am a respectful, responsible, and tidy tenant. I do not smoke, and I value a peaceful living environment. No party. I take excellent care of the spaces I live in and am attentive to maintenance and cleanliness. I am particularly interested in neighborhoods such as Dupont Circle, Adams Morgan, Mount Pleasant, Columbia Heights, or Shaw, ideally within walking distance of shops, cafés, and public transportation. I am seeking a bright space with good natural light. A furnished or partially furnished apartment would be ideal, though I am open depending on the space. I am happy to provide references if needed and am flexible with dates within the academic calendar.
