Description
We're a mid-40's couple living in the Mission, SF, seeking a rental while our home is being remodeled. One of us is a former chef/teacher and the other a software engineer; we both work f/t in tech now on a hybrid schedule. We're open to furnished or unfurnished rentals and are seeking a spot that's clean and fairly quiet with two or more bedrooms. Our elderly cat Ginger (16.5) is a cotton ball who sleeps all day; she has never damaged anything in our home and is the sweetest! We have some house plants that we'll want to bring with us, too. Our IDEAL rental would have some outdoor space, a parking space, secure bike parking and be close to BART, but that's not required. One of us loves to garden and would be more than happy to tend your outdoor space. Our remodel timeline is still unclear, so we're open to rentals from 3-6+ months right now.

Comments: We have one elderly cat, 16.5 years old. Very quiet and sweet. She basically just sleeps all day - does not destroy furniture, etc., as she is low mobility. If she is still with us in May, we'll need to bring her with us.

While we own a home in SF, we're currently looking for a short-term rental while it gets renovated.
