Description
I just obtained a job at a school on the Upper East side and would love to have a place close to campus. I am a single, older, phd holder and educator. No pets and no children, but love to live in a clean and organized place (and love dogs). Looking to rent or house-sit for a year in the same place, but open to longer if necessary.

Comments: I can move in anytime from June-August 2026 and could leave by June 2027. I could also do shorter amounts of time if there is a need for a semester-long assignment.Also possible to stay for more than one year.
