About Me
Amending my original listing: Now my X is looking for a month-to-month rental near Kensington/Berkeley. While my X, I can say with confidence that he will be a super responsible tenant. At Airbnbs he will not leave till the last spec of dust has been removed...he will treat your place the same way. He and I for complicated reasons are selling our current home and then planning to buy a house with two units nearby. He needs a place in the interim. He is a huge dog lover, a competitive swimmer, and loves painting and sculpting.
