Description
I’m a student currently attending Mt. SAC and looking for a quiet, stable place for the next several months. I’m focused on school and work, and I keep a clean, respectful, and low-key lifestyle. Ideally, I’m looking for a private or semi-private space such as a studio, guest house, ADU, or a room with a private entrance. I value having a calm environment where I can focus and maintain a consistent routine. I’m financially responsible, have savings, and am in the process of securing ongoing work. I’m able to provide deposit and am open to flexible or month-to-month arrangements if it’s a good fit. I’m easy to communicate with, respectful of shared spaces if applicable, and generally keep to myself. My goal is to find a place that feels stable and mutually comfortable for both sides.
