Description
Looking for a room, share or sublet, preferably in or near Davis Square, short to mid-term (summer '26 at least!) that includes utilities. Clean, furnished, friendly, and air conditioned are my main criteria. Private bathroom is the preference but as stated elsewhere I'll consider other options with the right fit. I'm frequently gone on weekends and can be asked to travel for work, so I'm very easy on the house!

About Me
I'm a mature professional working in community capacity building. My work recently required me to be in-office Monday thru Friday and I live in a neighboring state - so I rent a room, share, or sublet for workweeks and some weekends. I'm quiet, respectful, and am out and about in the community quite a bit while in the city, or finding a new museum event to try. I have good social skills and a good sense of humor. I'm a landlord in my home state so I understand what you need and want! My ideal situation is short to midterm rental with its own bath; I will consider a share.
