I am a writer and my husband also works remotely as a contract specialist. I am looking for a lovely, quiet and peaceful home. Not a condo or town home or apartment. We are light sleepers and cannot share walls or sleep with active or noisy neighbors. We are looking for a bright space, new, clean, and well-loved. We will care for your home with respect and love. We love quiet, green grass, cooking at home, shopping at the farmers' market and going for walks when we are not working. We would like an easy going landlord who is available when we need something and not around when we don't.
