Hello! I am a surgical resident starting at UBC. I will be at St Paul's Hospital and Vancouver General primarily and seeking long-term housing, hoping for somewhere to call home for the whole 5 years of residency. I am looking for a 1 bedroom apartment (unfurnished or furnished) for just myself, ideally in Olympic Village or Mt Pleasant or downtown, but willing to move to a location as west as UBC and as south as Riley Park-Little Mountain, but no further east than East Vancouver. I would like to move in during the last week of May (sometime between May 24th-26th, 2026). Proximity to public transit, availability of a parking spot, in suite laundry+dryer and loft-style apartments in particular would be a plus! Please message me or email me anytime! I will be in Vancouver shortly and would love to tour a potential future home.
