Description
I’m excited to be moving to Northampton with my wife and 6-year-old son this summer! We’re looking to rent a 3 or 4 bedroom house or apartment (though we might settle for 2 bedrooms in a large enough space), with at least 1.5 bathrooms, located within 1 mile or less walking distance from the YMCA and Congregation B'nai Israel of Northampton & Abundance Farm. We're hoping for a 1-year lease. We're open to a June 15, June 22, or July 1 lease start date. We'd like to move in on June 30- July 1 . Please share any leads. Thanks in advance!

Comments: Ideally, we'd like a 1-year lease, but we hope to settle (i.e. buy) in Northampton in the long-term. We'd take a shorter-term lease (e.g. just for July & August) if need be (and then would look for a different Sept. 1 rental)
