Greetings, I am an artist-scholar who will be at HGSE for the 2026–27 academic year (August through June). I am seeking a one-bedroom, private, furnished unit within walking distance of campus. I am hearing impaired and live with a registered service animal (hearing dog). My preferences include a first-floor unit, all utilities included, and a parking space. Due to allergies (carpet and dust mites), I require a non-carpeted bedroom and living space. I have an excellent credit score and can provide strong references.
