Looking for winter 2026/2027 home for two responsible adults

We are looking for a winter 2026/2027 home for two responsible adults. I am a full-time scientist with the federal government (biologist). I will be working at a regional office in Regina for the duration of our stay. My husband is a retired government engineer. Our regular home is in Ottawa, but we would like to come to Regina for approximately 3-4 months over the upcoming winter to spend time and help out with our aging parents. Timing and length of our stay are both flexible. My parents live in Gardiner Park, so we would like to find a place near to them, if possible, so that we can easily pop over, regardless of the winter weather. We have been responsible homeowners for 30 years and will take good care of your house. We would consider taking care of your pets too, if needed. If a car is available for us to use, that would be incredible.
