Fulbright scholar from US seeks two-bedroom apartment near U Bergen

Description

I am a Fulbright scholar who will be at U Bergen spring semester 2027 (Jan - June, with beginning and end dates flexible). My research focuses on colonial and eighteenth-century Spanish America. I'll be teaching a graduate course in the Program in Spanish and Latin American Studies, and I'll make occasional trips to Oslo to work with a group of colleagues at the U Oslo who study the Nordic Enlightenment. My husband will join me, and we anticipate visits from our adult children (two daughters and their husbands) and friends while we're in Norway. We are both 70 years old, in good physical shape (we both ski, and David is an avid bicyclist); we are curious and adventurous and used to traveling and living outside the US. We speak Spanish, and I'm learning Norwegian! We're looking for a comfortable space that will accommodate guests, in a safe neighborhood that's easily accessible to the university.
