Incoming Stanford fellow looking for a place to live with my family

I'm coming to Stanford for the upcoming academic year to take part in the JSK fellowship - and bringing my family along. I've been leading technology at ProPublica, a non-profit newsroom. My partner Erin works as a UX researcher. We have a 4-year-old son. My 83-year-old dad - a retired academic with no mobility needs - lives with us too. Right now we live in Pennsylvania - we ideally need somewhere for us to live starting from September 1 through June. But we can be a bit flexible with dates if necessary. Ideally we need to be within walking distance of a Caltrain stop along the corridor between Palo Alto to the south and San Mateo to the north. We need three bedrooms and space to park two cars. Beyond that, we're fairly easy - everyone needs a bedroom, and two bathrooms would be useful. We don't have pets or any special requirements. We're renting out our house near to Penn and Temple at the same time. We're responsible, conscientious renters who are familiar with the Bay Area - we lived there for 12 years before moving to the Philadelphia area. We're excited to come back.
