Sexton Campus Off-Campus Housing

Let me say how much we appreciate Sabbaticalhomes. We’re into, what, our 10th year and have had wonderful rental experiences - folks becoming close friends locally or away, some who have rented then stayed and bought their own homes. One story you might appreciate - people moving here from South Africa, a new physician and his family with two little boys. 18 months in and their new house was not ready for occupancy on schedule. We had already committed to a new Sabbaticalhomes renter so the fellow (and my wife ??) made an agreement - they moved into our home here next door (attached semi) and we hit the road travelling for three months, (taking grandkids to Europe for instance). An experience of a lifetime!

After all this time and all the different tenants, the place looks as good now as when we finished renovating it.

I should add in closing - your website is so easy to use. We’re so thankful that someone told us about you the first time.
